Revision Policy

As we are focused on meeting customers’ expectations and aimed towards providing maximum customer satisfaction, we have incorporated a revision facility in our packages. The number of revisions depends on your selected package and we are happy to provide you with the revised version free of cost if the main concept is not changed. Our logo experts will provide you with a revised logo in 2 working days while all the revisions about website design and website development will be delivered between 1 to 2 working days depending on the complexity of the changes. Our experts will be in continuous coordination until the desired results are achieved.

Turnaround Time

Turnaround time refers to the time in which our experts will provide you the first draft of your work to you. Turnaround time starts from the time by which all the required information is collected and the project brief is submitted. Once the client gives go-ahead on the project brief and outline, turnaround time starts and our experts start their work. In the case of holidays, turnaround time starts from the next working day. For logo designing, turnaround time is a maximum of 2 working days but if more than four logo concepts are involved in the package, the maximum turnaround time is 5 working days. For website design, the minimum turnaround time is 2 working days. While for website development, the minimum turnaround time is 3 working days (depending on the package).

Teamwork (Project Management)

Teamwork is a project management tool that helps our teams improve collaboration, visibility, accountability and ultimately results for their assigned projects. Project management is about more than just getting the work done. It’s about delivering impactful results for your business. Make it easy for everyone to see what projects they’re working on, communicate with their assigned project manager, and plan what comes next — wherever they are.

After signing up a project with us, the client will get an email with an invite for the Teamwork portal. The client will have to accept the invite and set a new password so that they can get in touch with their project manager with the communication needed to complete the project. Once the invitation has been accepted, the client can sign in to the Teamwork Portal.

Refund Policy

Fastest Design Inc.’s refund policy will be void if;

You have chosen an All in one package.
The primary design concept has been approved.
You have demanded revisions.
The cancellation has been made due to reasons non-related to the company.
The company has not been contacted for more than 2 weeks of project.
Company’s policies, or policy, have been violated.
Other company or designer has been approached for the same project.
The creative brief is lacking in required information.
A complete design change has been demanded.
The claim has crossed the given ‘request for refund’ time span.
The business is closing or changing name or business.
Reasons such as ‘change of mind’, ‘disagreement with partner’ or other reasons that do not pertain to the service will not be subject to refund under any circumstances.
The processing and services fees will also be included in the total order amount at the time of sign-up. They are non-refundable and will appear separately in the client's statement. These charges won't be more than $3 regardless of the total order amount.
If a client subscribes for a service bundle and happens to be dissatisfied with a particular service, refund will only be applicable on that particular service and ‘not’ the entire bundle.
No refund can be claimed/processed once after the final files have been delivered to you following your request.
Refund and revision explicitly does not apply on items offered free.
The client will not be entitled to any refunds after 30 days, from the date of purchase.
Services including but not limited to Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration and Web Hosting are not entitled to refund under any circumstances.
In case of websites, refunds will not be entertained once the client has approved the design and the website is sent for development.
Note: Fastest Design Inc. holds all rights to reject any project or cancel the contract whenever it deems necessary. After the refund, you will not have any rights to use the designs for any purpose; they will be the sole property of Fastest Design Inc. The company will be the rightful owner of the designs.

Once the refund is received, the client will not have the right to use the designs and concepts submitted by the Fastest Design Inc. these designs and concepts will be the property of Fastest Design Inc. and in case if a client has been fond of using them, Fastest Design Inc. reserve the right to take legal actions.

Delivery Policy

The minimum delivery time is 2 working days while the delivery time depends on the package selected by the client. The details of the minimum delivery time can be checked via the “Turnaround Time” section of Terms and Conditions. The project will be delivered on the email address as specified by the client.

In case of any urgent delivery, the account manager has the right to fulfill this on the client’s demand.

Communication Policy

Fastest Design Inc. will only communicate via the email addresses and phone numbers provided in the contact us page of the website as well as the project management software. We also recommend our clients to communicate all the details on the official addresses and numbers of Fastest Design Inc.

Fastest Design Inc. highly demotivates the clients to contact via any other platform other than those mentioned above. We will not be responsible for any communication made other than that which is made by our official addresses. Furthermore, we are fully responsible for any communication done via our official mode of communication.

Legal Rights Agreement

All logo and artwork designs created by Fastest Design Inc. for specific client belongs to him/her. We “Fastest Design Inc.” will not keep any rights of logo design created for a client.
We “Fastest Design Inc.” will not take any responsibility for logo copyright/trademark registration created for our clients. A client has all rights to register their logo and trademark created/produced by Fastest Design Inc..
If in case, Client payment rejected by their merchant or bank then all designs which Fastest Design Inc. created will immediately become the asset Fastest Design Inc. until payment issues get resolved.
Fastest Design Inc. will remain the owner of logo designs until the client paid the whole amount of the package he has purchased.
Once files are delivered to the client, Fastest Design Inc. will have no ownership rights of the logo design of every single client.
Fastest Design Inc. will remain rights to display logo design on its website for promotional usage.
